Our Community
Annaghdown GAA Club
In 2004 we have upgraded our web site, which outlines all the activities of our progressive and vibrant club from club lotto results to match reports, from Scor to Community News details of Ladies Football activities, upcoming events and of course Match previews and reports on the site. We hope you enjoy your visit to our improved site, which has been put together by Seamus Finnerty and Kevin O Connell and will revisit for updates on the club and community throughout the year.
The next few years will see significant developments within the club. We plan to develop a third pitch to complement the magnificent work that has taken place both on and off the field itself over the last few years. This year we will field a fourth adult team in football competitions along with a third team in hurling, which will provide games for all interested in playing. Our juvenile teams go from strength to strength and I hope that our success at underage, which is providing a constant conveyor belt of talent for out adult; teams will continue in the future making Annaghdown the strongest dual club in the county.
The club is currently prominent and vibrant. However, it is only with you, our supporters, friends, parents and sponsors that we can maintain this momentum. Thank you for you continued support and we look forward to working with you for the benefit of our club and community over the next season.
