Evergreen Healthfoods
 Evergreen Healthfoods is a chain of retail outlets based around Galway city. There are currently three stores in the chain, including the single largest health food store in the country located at the Galway Shopping Centre branch.
Starting off back in 1992 in the Mainguard St. branch, the owners - Kieran & Aideen Hurley- were merely looking for a change in business. Having always had a passing interest in the health food area, they decided to open a health food store and delicatessen in the city centre. Having discovered the gap in the market for specialised health foods and alternative health products, they expanded the store into that area and eventually phased out the delicatessen.
Now, almost 10 years later, with three stores and a staff of almost 30 people, the business continues to prosper and grow within Galway city.
