FirstAid.ie
 First Aid Training Service is a Galway based company. Recognized by the Health & Safety Authority, we provide First Aid courses nationally. We specialise in training for the corporate sector, businesses, industry and the general public. All our instructors and examiners hold current certification from the National Ambulance Training School, and have field experience in First Aid for many years.
FirstAid.ie run courses in the following:
Basic First Aid Course:
A full Basic course including adult C.P.R. Perfect for those who want to learn the basics of emergency care.
Certification: 3 year Certificate of Competency following successful assessment by an independent examiner.
Occupational First Aid:
This course educates employees in the proper response to any workplace emergency. Occupational First Aid Courses are heavily focused on trauma, that would be likely to occur at your workplace. It meets and exceeds current Health & Safety Standards and requirements for employee training. Students learn how to recognise medical emergencies and casualty assessment.
Certification: 3 Year Certification of Competence, recognised by the Health & Safety authority. Following an assessment by an independent examiner.
C.P.R:
An intensive course concentrating on practical skills, in all aspects of this life-saving skill.
Certification: 2 Year Certification of Competency following assessment by an Independent Examiner.
Refresher Seminars:
We also hold one-day refresher courses at regular intervals. These are suitable for those who have previously attended a basic or occupational training course and hold a current certificate. This will help to refresh your first aid skills.
